We are not a traditional online store that carries an inventory. We create each product as we receive an order and ship the orders accordingly.

Due to the nature of our business all orders must be paid prior to the completion and shipping of your package.

All purchases are non refundable. Your order cannot be cancelled.

Our ability to promptly complete and ship our pockets to you is based on a few things such as the quantity of your order, the speed of our denim material deliveries and the size of our workload.

Completions:

General completion time may range from 2 to 8 weeks.

Expansions of completion time frames may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We will contact you with your designated completion date in writing once we have received your payment via email if you provide an address.

Completion estimations are not guaranteed.

Email notices will be sent informing buyers of extended completion estimations and any back orders in supply shipments. 

All rush orders are estimated to ship out within 1 to 5 business days. Rush order fees may apply. All rush order requests must be sent to us via email for availability.

Email notifications will be sent out in the event of any shipping delays which includes rush orders if we are able to obtain the delayed information.

We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund at our own discretion.

Shipping Policy:

All shipping fees are to be paid by the customer including fees associated with exchanges.

'FREE SHIPPING' only applies specifically listed items but does not include exchange shipping fees.

Handling fees do apply to all transactions including 'FREE SHIPPING' offers.

UPS/USPS/FedEx shipping quotes and an estimated delivery dates may change the companies own discretion without notice.

Our estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed due to the shipping carrier's variable transit time.

We will contact you with your designated shipping date in writing once we have received your payment.

We do not ship internationally, non 48 Continental US & APO/AE addresses.

Exchanges:

We offer a 14-day exchange policy for unsatisfactory products.

All items that are returned must be in an excellent, unused and undamaged condition.  

We will not exchange or return products that have been bleached, have holes punched into them, permanent marking, significant damages from overall abuse that does not result in intended uses.

Exchanges decisions will only occur after we have received and inspected the unused returned item. If the item has been deemed to not meet our unused and undamaged requirement for an even exchange, we will then return your item and decline your request.
