Store Policies:
Our products are made to order and must be paid prior to the completion and shipping of your package. Purchases are non refundable! Below are listed policies and terms of use.
Purchasing Policy:
Your financial institution will be charged for your purchase once you have selected to submit your order or mailed your order in. All items are custom made and are not carried in stock. All purchases are non refundable and cannot be canceled. Due to the nature of our business, general completion time may range from 1-9 weeks. We will contact you with your designated completion date in writing once we have received your payment. Completion estimations are not guaranteed. Expansion of completion dates/delays may occur. Notices will be sent informing buyers of extended completion estimated dates. All shipping fees are to be paid by the customer including fees associated with exchanges. Be advised that any delivery estimation is not a guarantee and shipping companies may change their delivery time without notice at their own discretion.
Shipping:
Kreation Kids is not liable for any shipping fees. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping and completion of items are based on quantities and fabric availability. Notices will be sent informing buyers of any back orders. Our general estimated ship time is 2 to 8 weeks. Delivery takes up to 14 business days. The term� FREE SHIPPING� only applies as listed but does not include exchange shipping fees. Shipping is by UPS/USPS/FedEx most affordable services.
Rush Orders:
All rush orders are estimated to ship out within 1 to 5 business days. Email notifications will be sent out in the event of any shipping delays for rush orders. Rush order fees may apply. All rush order request must be sent to us via email for availability.
Exchanges/Refunds:
We offer a 14-day exchange policy for unsatisfactory products. We are more than happy to exchange your returned product after we have received and inspected the unused returned item. We appreciate it if all items that are returned are in excellent, unused and undamaged condition. All items that have been returned for exchanges will undergo inspections and exchanges will be decided upon thereafter.
We will not exchange or return products that have been bleached, have holes punched into them, permanent marking, significant damages from overall abuse that does not result in intended uses.
All purchases are non refundable!

Repairs
All items that are returned will be inspected for damages prior to fulfilling any requests.
We will deny requests for repairs, refunds/returns and or exchanges for items that have been damaged from cuts by sharp objects, holes from sharp objects, and or any damages caused by the unintended use of the chair pockets.
In the rare event that you may find that your chair pocket seams may be torn apart from normal wear and tear, or manufacturing defects, we will be more than happy to repair the seams at no cost minus all shipping fees. We offer the no cost seam repairs within 30 days that your chair pockets have been delivered to you. Once you have notified us that your chair pockets are in need of repair we will send you a confirmation email or fax requesting that you mail to your chair pockets to us for repair.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all shipping fees.
If you find that after 30 days of using your chair pockets you have found that your seams have torn apart from normal wear and tear, you have up to 2 years to mail us your chair pockets for a nominal repair fee of $1.25 per chair pocket to cover the cost of labor and supplies in addition to your cost of shipping.

Order cancellations:
Due to the nature of our business orders placed do not qualify for cancellation.
User Agreement:
You the customer hereby agree to the terms set forth within the store policy statements and authorize Kreation kids to process and complete your transaction upon receipt of your funds. You hereby agree to prepay and undertake all shipping fees related to your purchase. Be advised that it is automatically assumed that you have read our policies and agree to abide by them once you have made a purchase.
